PatientPro: automated patient review management

Healthcare SaaS · 2023–2026 · wound down August 2026

PatientPro connected directly to a medical practice’s EMR (Nextech and TherapyNotes integrations), read the day’s completed appointments, and sent each patient a short, personal text within minutes of their visit, while the experience was still fresh. Every patient received the same invitation: a direct link to the practice’s Google profile, alongside a private feedback channel to the practice. A client dashboard tracked requests sent, review growth, and ratings by location.

The results were real: a multi-location ophthalmology group in Northern Virginia grew from roughly 600 to over 1,250 Google reviews at its main location, and from 25 to over 140 at a second location, while holding a 4.9-star rating. A therapy practice grew from 78 to 125 reviews at 4.6 stars. Delivery ran on an AWS-hosted SMS pipeline, EMR integrations built in-house, and a client portal for reporting.

The product was wound down deliberately in August 2026 as the category commoditized and the compliance bar for patient messaging rose beyond what the unit economics supported at our scale. Both client practices were offboarded with their programs complete and their results standing. PatientPro was operated through PatientPro LLC, an affiliated company of TechRapha’s founder, dissolved August 2026. The product site formerly at patientpro.co now lands on this page.
