Accessible technology is part of building systems that heal. We build federal systems that must meet Section 508, and we hold our own site to the same bar: techrapha.com is designed to conform to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
What that looks like here
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page.
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on text and interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Labeled form controls with clear error messaging.
- A responsive layout that reflows without loss of content down to 320 pixels wide.
How we test
Every page on this site is audited with axe-core, the industry standard automated accessibility engine, against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA and Section 508 rulesets. As of August 2026, those audits report zero violations across the site. Automated testing cannot catch everything, so we also review keyboard flows and screen-reader output as the site changes.
